注： 1 ）办案所需的交通、通讯、复印、打印等费用实行包干制，按以下标准收取： a. 上海市内案件人民币 1000 元整（如需要去外地出差，费用实报实销）； b. 上海市郊区案件人民币 1500 元整（如需要去外地出差，费用实报实销）； c. 外地案件差旅费实报实销。
2 ）办案所需的第三方收取的其他费用（翻译费、查询费、鉴定费、公证费以及律师代为支付的其他费用）凭票实报实销。
当事人可据法律事务情况选择采用计时收费、按件收费、风险代理收费，双方在签署的委托代理合同中予以明确规定。具体收费将综合考虑案件所花费的时间、难易复杂程度等因素，在总收费范围内收取。案件同时涉及财产关系和非财产关系的，按较高者收费。 常年法律顾问单位和个人如有诉讼案件，代理费在正常收费范围内按 80% 收取。

i.office Consultation: RMB400/hour (incremental by hour, less than an hour would be counted as an hour)

Principals may decide the lawyer fare standard as either by hour, by case, or by risk agency, which should be explicitly prescribed in the case delegation contract. The final charge will be balanced with the total amount of hours, and the case complicatedness, and will be within the total calculated amount. Cases of both property and non-property natures will be charged by the higher standard. Litigation cases with principals who have contractual relations, units or individuals, will be charged 80% of the normal fare range.
